University of Minnesota, Dr. René Castro, Sustainable Development Professor at INCAE and former Costa Rica’s Minister of the Environment and Energy, and  Dr. Alex Farrell, Assistant Professor University of California-Berkeley, and U.S. representative to the Steering Board of the Roundtable on Sustainable Biofuels.
